Shay’s passion for business ignited during her high school years while taking accounting classes, participating in FBLA, and working at a local CPA firm. She developed a deep appreciation for the intricacies of accounting, setting her on a path towards a career in finance.

Building on her early experiences, Shay pursued her academic endeavors at BYU-Idaho, where she graduated with her associate degree in accounting. After taking time to focus on her family, she continued her education and graduated with a bachelor's degree focused on accounting, business, and communications. This comprehensive education equipped her with a multifaceted understanding of financial principles and effective communication strategies, laying a solid foundation for her future career.

Shay has served as a remote bookkeeper for several clients in a variety of industries, where her attention to detail has been paramount in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the integrity of financial data. Her commitment to precision and excellence has earned her a reputation for reliability and trustworthiness among her peers and clients alike.
